If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by Nitrux Latinoamericana, EU and Swiss individuals and data subjects should go to https://bbbprograms.org/programs/all-programs/dpf-consumers for more information or to file a complaint. Data Privacy Framework Services, formerly BBB EU Privacy Shield, provides these services at no cost.
