📌 PSA 06/02/24
PSA: We have updated the Nitrux Update Tool System to version 2.1.3. This new release includes a warning when the utility detects NVIDIA hardware. To update the Nitrux Update Tool System, do the following.
- 🔰 Information: We recommend updating the Nitrux Update Tool System for future upgrades.
sudo nuts self-update
We’re also releasing the OTA update archive today to upgrade Nitrux from version 3.2.1 to version 3.3.0.
- 🔰 Information: We have updated our internal policy to create the OTA archives used by the Nitrux Update Tool System. Besides not including a new kernel, the OTA archive will not include a new version of the NVIDIA proprietary driver. NVIDIA users must follow the alternative method described in our tutorial to upgrade the distribution and thus obtain the newer driver included in Nitrux 3.3.0; see How to Upgrade Nitrux.
Everybody else using MESA drivers, run the following command to apply the update.
sudo nuts update
